Flynn and Company Real Estate is a growing firm, first established in 1994. Based in South Portland, Maine. We provide service to the Greater Portland area and beyond. In 1996 we moved to our current location Meeting House Hill in South Portland. From this location, we provide first-rate service to our customers using the latest technology available.

As brokers, we provide a full range of services. Our market analysis is the most complete and comprehensive in the business. Our marketing plans, custom developed for each clients' property, are the most innovative, and successful plans available anywhere. The buyer agency contracts we offer are flexible, yet we are diligent and aggressive in our pursuit to finding our clients the property that fits their needs at a fair price. The one-year home warranty we offer has the lowest deductible and the highest coverage of any plan we have reviewed.
